Other agents had tried to pressure us into putting offers in for the houses they were showing when we weren’t ready, which I do not respond well to. Instead, Korey supported us and answered our questions. When we were ready, Korey walked us through the process, listened to our budget and what we wanted, and helped us find our perfect first home. After a few years, we were ready to upgrade to a new build and of course we went to Korey to be our seller’s agent. We met with Korey in January 2023 to learn about the general process to buy a house, and he provided us with so much information while also giving us the time and space until we were ready to buy. We found ourselves in a stressful situation and needed to move ASAP in October 2023. Korey helped us find a great house within our budget and worked so hard to expedite the process as much as possible to get us keys quickly! Even with prices rising, Korey helped us find a 3bed 2bath with a gorgeous, huge yard.

In our case, he walked by our side from the initial conversations on considering a sale ( we had a very complicated situation) through nuanced suggestions on improvements ( what would actually add value or not.) Beyond having a ready list of excellent handymen - landscapers, painters, cleaners- to ready the property, Korey went above and beyond by helping us coordinate service while we were out of the country. In the end, he negotiated a very complex off market sale that resulted in happy sellers and buyers. In short, Korey is extraordinary. You will be lucky, indeed, to have him as your agent. But you might not be that lucky, as anyone who has worked with him is going to keep him plenty busy with everyone they know who needs to buy or sell a house. He is just that exceptional.

We were first time homebuyers so our first meeting with Korey was a one on one info session so we could be better prepared for the home buying journey. Throughout it all, Korey was attentive to our wants and needs, flexible with our schedule and introduced us to homes/areas of town we wouldn't have found on our own. We felt like we were doing it all with a family friend!

not only were there open houses for potential buyers but inviting brokers to a broker open house did more for informing the marketplace than a simple ad could. that being said the quality of the listing, the photography, the copy, and the extra highlighting that my home received put it in front of more eyeballs and potential buyers and in a better light than any of the several other homes in the area, including my next door neighbor. the proof ultimately is in the pudding - korey's work lead to being in contract on the home in a number of hours equal to the number of days most homes in the area are on the market.
